Lease Harbor LLC Celebrates its 10 Year Anniversary, adds 500th Company to Harbor Flex

CHICAGO, May 24, 2010 -- In March 2010, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary and added the 500th company to the system. Twice as many companies now use Harbor Flex as compared to the next most popular system in our market niche.

We have become the most popular application by avoiding distractions and executing on the original business plan we developed ten years ago. Please see this article from "Site Selection" magazine, published in November 2000, highlighting Lease Harbor LLC's initial (and continuing) business model.

What hasn't changed -

• Single Focus – Just software. We provide lease administration software and closely related applications and services that directly support the software.
• Ownership – The founders still own the business and run it on a daily basis. There has been no change in capital or corporate structure. We are the only company in our sector that can make this statement. Lease Harbor LLC continues to enjoy year-over-year growth without acquisitions or external funding sources.
• Pricing – Our base functionality fees are the same as when we originally released the system. Optional features added over the years are offered as an optional add-on fee.
